Q2: How did the concept of Myriad Tales happened? Do anthologies really work in the market according to you?

Ans: Myriad tales happened after a meeting with Suhail and Himani where all of us came together . Anthologies work because a reader gets hands on lot of stories and you can read on the go.

Q3: What is the basic requirements publishers look in writers while deciding on a book? What kinds of themes or stories are preferred by the readers?

Ans: Readers nowadays are becoming open to all genres and are moving away from Romance . So drama is getting  a lot of appreciation . Factors such as narration style , logic ability of the story , reader base , innovation , use of words are taken into consideration while deciding on the book.

Q4: What according to you should a writer focus on, writing a good story or marketing his or her works?

Ans:It's  a two stage process . Initially the writer should focus on story only and once its done then comes the marketing part .A good story should be marketed and you can only market a good story.

Ans:Reaching out to readers , leaving a recall value to readers . Today's reader 's attention span is less so you constantly need to up there and keep on doing activities.

Q7: Recently many compiler are organizing competitions and coming up with anthologies but most forget to focus on quality? Why is ti so? As a publishers what one should look into to publish that perfect book?

Ans:If you are publishing an anthology some things need to be noted- stories should follow a theme, a good team of writers which may multiply the marketing efforts and crisp editing.

Q8: What do you think about the concept of being bookworms?

Ans:Being bookworms is doing a great job because as we said that if good stories do not reach people then it's no use . Also a lot of pressure is taken off the writer if somebody is there to help out for the marketing.
